• Can I speak with someone on the phone?
  • We work exclusively via email for design changes and questions. However, you can call Zazzle customer support regarding questions about product quality, shipping estimates, returns, etc.
• Can you make changes to a design after I have placed my order on Zazzle?
  • Thank you for your order! Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes once the order has been placed. You will need to contact Zazzle customer support directly and they will be able to help you. They handle all of the printing and order fulfillment of our designs.
• How long will it take to get my order?

• What is your return policy?

Invitation Questions

• Can I get a printed sample?
  • To order a printed invitation sample, enter “1” into the quantity field on the product page. Your order will print as you see it on the screen.
• Do you offer digital downloads?
  • Yes! Some of our designs are available in digital download format on the Zazzle platform. We also have some designs that are only available in printed format from Zazzle.
• Are envelopes included with invitations?

• Can you print addresses on the envelopes?
