We work exclusively via email for design changes and questions. However, you can call Zazzle customer support regarding questions about product quality, shipping estimates, returns, etc.
Can you make changes to a design after I have placed my order on Zazzle?
Thank you for your order! Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes once the order has been placed. You will need to contact Zazzle customer support directly and they will be able to help you. They handle all of the printing and order fulfillment of our designs.
How long will it take to get my order?

Can I get a printed sample?
To order a printed invitation sample, enter “1” into the quantity field on the product page. Your order will print as you see it on the screen.
Do you offer digital downloads?
No, our designs are only available in printed format from Zazzle. We do not sell digital design files.
Are envelopes included with invitations?
Yes, standard white envelopes are included with all invitation orders. Zazzle has a list of all paper products that include envelopes here: Envelopes and the Paper Products They Come With
Can you print addresses on the envelopes?
No, Zazzle currently does not offer address printing on the standard white envelopes that are included with each order. However, we can create custom printed envelopes that will have your return address printed on them.
